- In-person, one-on-one interactions with residents to understand their needs
- Referrals to primary care, well-child visits, and specialty care
- Benefit enrollment (e.g., Medicaid, SNAP, utility assistance, etc.)
- Health-focused events, including vaccine clinics and fitness classes
